Our startup specializes in producing a fermented, unpasteurized tea-based beverage under the brand name CUDO Kombucha. This product contains live cultures of bacteria and yeast, including strains of Lactobacillus, Acetobacter, Gluconacetobacter and Saccharomyces, so it supports digestive processes, detoxifies the body, lowers blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and strengthens the immune system.
At CUDO Kombucha we use traditional fermentation methods, which allows us to preserve the natural health properties of real kombucha and offer a product with a unique taste. The drinks are available in several flavors, such as jasmine, raspberry, sencha, ginger, passion fruit and mango. The company is constantly developing its offerings to meet the expectations of consumers looking for quality food products.
CUDO Kombucha is a healthy alternative to sodas and non-alcoholic beer, and can be used as a base for smoothies or drinks. Kombucha’s growing popularity is due to its beneficial effects on the body thanks to the ingredients it produces through fermentation, i.e. B vitamins and vitamin C, organic acids (malic, lactic and acetic) or minerals.
