About SERio:
In SERio we are engaged in the production of plant-based alternatives to traditional cheeses. Our first product was cheese made from lupine, a long-forgotten legume that is rich in protein, fiber and minerals. We became the first company in the world to produce plant-based cheese precisely from lupin. Our products are characterized by a high protein content, as we want them to have the highest possible protein content while maintaining a unique taste.
