Following a successful first edition of Seed to Scale, we are back with the second edition of the program. Together with PFR and PFR Ventures, we are once again inviting early-stage startups and teams developing innovative solutions in foodtech, agritech and cleantech.
Up to 15 teams will be selected to join the program. Participation is free of charge.
Who are we looking for?
We invite startups and teams developing innovative solutions in foodtech, agritech and cleantech to apply. We are looking for projects with strong business and investment potential that address real market needs and are ready to take the next step in their development.
What does the program include?
3-day workshop sprint
📅 17-19 November 2026, Warsaw (in person)
Three intensive days during which selected teams will put their ideas to the test with investors, experts and industry partners and prepare for future business and fundraising conversations.
On the first day, startups will present their projects to experts and receive direct feedback on their investor presentations, communication and how they tell the story of their solution.
The second day will focus on practical knowledge and real-world experience in areas including fundraising, scaling, working with large organizations, running pilots and building a strong team.
The third day will be dedicated to individual 1:1 meetings with VC funds, investors, experts and industry partners, matched to the specific needs of each startup.
The sprint is designed to prepare teams for the next stage of their development through validation of key market assumptions, refinement of their investor presentation, actionable feedback and new relationships with potential investors and business partners.
Business Mixer
📅 17 November 2026, Warsaw (in person)
On the evening of the first day, we will host the Business Mixer – a closed networking event for selected teams, program partners, experts and representatives of the foodtech, agritech and cleantech industries.
It will provide an opportunity for direct conversations, exchanging experience and building relationships in a more informal setting. Participants will be able to meet potential business partners and investors and discuss their ideas with people actively involved in the industry.

The program is delivered in cooperation with PFR, PFR Ventures and foodtech.ac.
LipCo Foods is the program’s strategic partner, while Glovo, Wędlinka Group and Qemetica are industry partners.
This year, we are looking for innovations addressing challenges including:
🥦 Foodtech: reducing food waste and making better use of by-products, new and functional ingredients and alternative protein sources, AI in product development, automation and digitalisation of food production, intelligent supply chains, traceability and smart retail.
🚜 Agritech: precision agriculture, the use of AI, satellite data and automation in agricultural production, next-generation crop protection, technologies supporting regenerative agriculture and solutions that improve crop resilience to drought and climate change.
♻️ Cleantech: technologies reducing water and energy consumption across the agri-food sector, circular use of resources, new solutions for packaging, cooling and food storage and technologies supporting more efficient and environmentally resilient production.

Ahead of the application deadline, we invite you to an information webinar dedicated to this year’s edition of Seed to Scale.
During the webinar, we will explain how the program works, what types of innovations we are looking for and what selected teams can gain from taking part. We will also walk you through the application and selection process and answer questions about participation in the program.
