About Rebread:
We save leftover bread from being treated as waste and build an ecosystem around this resource. We are operating on the rapidly developing foodtech market, with IP built in the internal R&D process, with the shortest possible path to commercialization in the form of high-margin upcycled food products, SaaS-like (license-based offer without costly and long-term investments in CAPEX) business model, focused on international scaling, asset-light, sustainable and impact-driven. We are currently focusing on the development of three technologies – fermented soft drinks, mycoproteins and cosmetics. At the same time, we are developing a B2B marketplace enabling the trading of raw materials saved for the needs of the food market.
